Rates
1. Shop labor rate is $120/hour

1. Serial number and purchase receipt indicating date of purchase are required
2. Manufacturers frequently change warranty policies. We recommend you contact us to determine warranty status and authorizations prior to delivering your equipment.

Rates
1. Shop labor rate is $120/hour
- Rates are billed in 15 minute (1/4 hour) increments
- Minimum charge is $60
- "No problem found": $60
- $60 for 7 - 10 days
- $120 for "next on bench"
- Customers will be advised of delays incurred as a result of issues outside of Abell Repair's control
- $150 for the first hour
- $150 for each subsequent hour
- Minimum charge is $150
- Travel outside of the I-270 beltway will be charged at $1.65 per mile
- $60 (+tax) is required at the time Abell receives the repair

- Please be prepared to describe the nature of the problem, and if necessary, to demonstrate the problem in the shop
- Equipment will be inspected upon delivery for damage, cosmetic defect, and inclusion of all provided accessories. Abell Repair is not responsible for any damage or defects listed at the time of inspection. Abell Repair is responsible only for accessories that were provided at the time of repair delivery
- Please enclose a copy of the purchase receipt and serial number with the shipment
- Please enclose a note to describe the nature of the problem and if the product has been in for repair for this problem previously
- Please include complete contact information - Name, work phone, home phone, mobile phone, email address, and a shipping address for the return
- Please pack your equipment carefully to avoid damage in transit. Abell Repair is not responsible for products damaged due to improper packing
- Equipment will be inspected upon receipt for damage, cosmetic defect, and inclusion of all provided accessories. Abell Repair is not responsible for any damage or defects listed at the time of inspection. Abell Repair is responsible only for accessories that were provided in the box upon receipt

- No problem found: In the event that no problem is found with the product, a bench charge of $60 will be applied
